SHINE VALUE: NURTURE

At the Dallas Collaboration Day, one of our employees began to feel ill after donating blood for the blood drive. Brenda quickly came to the aid of her co-worker, providing water and ice, towels, and plenty of comfort and care. Brenda stayed by her co-worker’s side for more than an hour until the employee’s family member arrived to take her home. Brenda provided calm, patient support and was unwavering in her desire to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for her co-worker. At the end of the day, Brenda brushed off any “thanks” and appreciation, and said she was happy to be able to help her co-worker through a difficult time. We so appreciate Brenda’s servant’s heart. Big thanks to Brenda for quickly stepping-in to nurture a co-worker who was having a difficult time.

 

 

 

EMMA WALTERS,

Supervisor Team Operations

SHINE VALUE: EXCELLENCE

Emma Walters should be recognized for Excellence. Planet Home Lending awarded all of their registrations to MCS last year. Historically, one of our competitors held this process. Emma and the team on-boarded PHL’s registration inventory in May2023 without a hitch.

Since onboarding, recurring calls have been scaled back because the process is working so well.

PHL, like most of our clients, has a monthly call with their QC/Compliance department to discuss audit results. In their most recent meeting, the audit group informed them they are going to stop auditing registrations due to the lack of findings! They do not believe it’s worth their time.

Carrie from PHL said something like this has never happened.

She also said, “This proves that moving registrations to MCS was the right move! Emma is great. She and the MCS team made the transition much easier than we expected. Kudos to Emma, her leadership of the team, and the registration team.”

Among other things, Emma has also recently led the charge for successful on-boarding of the US Bank as a registration client this month. She exemplifies excellence with her relentless pursuit to be better every day.

He consistently helped employees with a patient, understanding, positive and helpful attitude. James’s responsiveness ensures our employees remains connected, supported and positive about the transition.

His efforts to assist and educate others highlight his commitment to nurturing our team’s growth, making him an outstanding candidate for this recognition.
