- Work includes general maintenance, light construction, landscaping, snow removal, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other skilled trades
- Service single-family homes, retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, apartments, industrial facilities and other property types
- Licensed companies/individuals, general contractors, sub-contractors, and skilled tradesmen and women are encouraged to apply
Property Preservation Service Partners:
Partner with MCS to provide property preservation and inspection services for mortgage servicers and insurers.
- Maintain the condition and safety of residential properties and prevent code violations
- Work includes securing properties, winterizations, yard maintenance, cleanouts and general maintenance
- Inspectors capture the condition of the property and verify utility status
- Specialize in one area or perform multiple services – perfect for handymen and women!
