SHINE VALUE: EXCELLENCE
Holly Kimball on The Reconveyance Team exemplifies excellent service for our clients! Late last year in 2024, Holly received a nuisance issue on a property for one of our clients. Holly took the complaint with serious urgency, worked with the local police, and addressed all concerns from the neighbor next door who had reached out to the PD, newspaper and our client. All parties were extremely satisfied with Holly’s swift action, the neighbor even thanked Holly via phone call personally after.
Aside from being an MCS favorite of all the clients Holly work with on a daily basis… Holly is also loved by her teammates! She was quick to offer help on taking additional work when our team went through staffing changes in 2024. Also offering to cover the Holidays due to team staffing conflicts. We want to thank Holly for always being a great teammate and putting a smile on the faces of everyone she works with: client or peers. Way to Shine Holly!

Despite the additional workload, Holly recently volunteered to assist with the FNMA violation process understanding the importance of increasing the revenue for the mortgage division at year end. She continues to help on this project as time permits.
In closing, it’s evident that Holly exhibits all of MCS core values as a SHINING team member and deserving of recognition for showing Excellence in so many ways!!

I am thrilled to nominate Nick Cliff for the SHINE Excellence Award. Despite being new to the company, Nick has already demonstrated remarkable adaptability and commitment to excellence.
During [his supervisor’s] two-week absence, Nick seamlessly stepped in and ensured that operations continued smoothly. He responded quickly to my team’s requests for site maps, updating Smart Sheets with exceptional speed and accuracy. Every task was completed flawlessly, with zero errors.
Nick’s positive attitude and willingness to assist have made him a true pleasure to work with. Beyond supporting my team, he was also balancing the submission of competitive pricing for critical quotes, showing his ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Nick embodies the spirit of excellence and has quickly become an invaluable asset to MCS. We are fortunate to have him on our team, and I cannot think of anyone more deserving of this recognition.

….Nick joined MCS in Summer ’24 after graduating college and has shown incredible hustle and an inspiring willingness to learn and improve his abilities. With less than a year of work experience under his belt, he demonstrated admirable strengths in communication, work ethic, drive, critical thinking, decision-making, and determination.
I have received nothing but positive feedback from the many people he interacted with to get our opportunities across the finish line and to manage our ever-changing portfolio of sites we service. My transition back to work from my time away has been effortless. I filed my emails and Nick filled me in with what he completed and where we are with outstanding work and I was able to pick up right where I left off.
I see a bright future for Nick with MCS. It’s rare to come across someone as talented and driven as Nick and I truly believe MCS is lucky to have him on the team.

Nick has exemplified the “HUSTLE” mentality in getting the sales teams their pricing on time, none more so than recently, during the holiday season when his direct spervisor was on PTO. He’s cranked out over $27M worth of opportunities this pass quarter for the commercial sales and they’ve always been completed on time. Without his HUSTLE we wouldn’t be able to submit nearly as much as we have, so thanks NICK for always ensuring we are on time and putting our best foot forward to grow the business.

I feel like service works for him as he always incorporates hustle and nurturing others in doing so. Nick is constantly helping me out on pricing requests and sales force. Many times I have an emergency site add or opportunity come through and Nick always does a good job at getting me these asks in a timely manner or if I have a deadline helping me reach that. He is always nice when I ask for help and always offers a helping hand.

Tracy comes in early and stays late almost every day to ensure her work is done. But not only done… it’s done well. She handles not only her own schedule of work orders but leads 2 teams that carry a very large workload. All while training new employees! She is the definition of hustle!

On a daily basis, Tracy is coming in early and staying late to get as much done for her teams as possible. She consistently jumps into all aspects of the 3 teams that she runs. In addition to her daily tasks she handles the training of new team members in the pest and backflow team. She is always working as hard as she can to assist her team and keep her customers happy!
