Company’s business lines flourish as market share and national awareness increases
Lewisville, TX – September 17, 2025 – MCS, the national property services provider founded in 1986, enjoyed strong growth throughout the first half of 2025 as revenue remained strong and the company continued its growth across its commercial and residential services businesses.
MCS enjoyed an active and successful first half of 2025 as the company continued to focus on its growth strategies. Foreclosure volume ticked up during 2025 allowing the MCS Mortgage Services business line to benefit and experience a strong start to the year. In addition, the company continued to expand its market share through strategic acquisitions, further develop its numerous service offerings and gain national awareness through industry awards and recognitions.

MCS First Half 2025 Highlights
Mortgage Services:
- The MCS Mortgage Services business line had a successful start to the year as the company continues to help maintain properties nationwide and ensure each comply with the regulatory guidelines and code compliance for the area.
- As part of its national expansion, MCS announced it has acquired property preservation company MSI in August, uniting two of the industry’s market leaders and growing the company’s national platform.
Government Services:
- MCS launched its Government Services business line in 2024 which brought its extensive suite of exterior and interior maintenance services, as well as disaster preparedness and recovery capabilities, to Federal, State and local government agencies nationwide.
- In 2025, the business line was recently awarded a seat on the coveted Elevate Florida program, a statewide residential initiative launched by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) to help homeowners strengthen their properties against natural disasters.
Commercial Services:
- All commercial facilities maintenance services are marketed under Chain Store Maintenance – an MCS Company. Chain Store Maintenance co-founder John Catanese was recognized by ConnexFM with their Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest honor for members of the prominent multi-site facilities network.
- SHINEscapes, the MCS commercial landscaping services, announced the expansion of its service line to Houston, Texas after its success in the DFW market.
- MCS also continued to expand its expansion in the Midwest with new service centers.
Residential Services:
- MCS has launched its latest home remodeling and repair services serving the greater Tampa-St. Pete FL market which represented the fourth market for this business line following successful launches over the past year in Phoenix, Dallas, and Memphis.
Additional Accomplishments:
- MCS was named to the Inc. 5000 in 2025, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America from Inc. magazine.
- During the spring and summer, MCS employees donated their time participating in a variety of community service activities supporting local charitable organizations in a number of markets.
