Lewisville, TX – August 4, 2025 – MCS (or the “Company”), the national property services company founded in 1986, announced it has acquired property preservation company MSI, uniting two of the industry’s market leaders and expanding the MCS national platform.
MSI’s suite of services and employees, as well as their clients and vendor network, will be integrated within MCS. The combination of the two long-term organization’s complimentary business offerings will reinforce the MCS national footprint and further position the company as an industry leader prepared to handle all future market conditions.
