National property services leader recently awarded seat on Elevate Florida disaster relief program in addition to increased work orders and expanded services statewide

Lewisville, TX – June 9, 2025 – MCS (or the “Company”), the national property services leader founded in 1986, continues to report robust growth across Florida with the expansion of its emergency preparedness and disaster relief services, statewide facilities maintenance and repair, and property preservation.
Most notably, MCS’s Government Services business line was recently awarded a seat on the coveted Elevate Florida program, a statewide residential mitigation initiative launched by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) to help homeowners strengthen their properties against natural disasters such as hurricanes and floods.
MCS was one of only 13 companies selected to lead work in this critical Florida initiative which aims to enhance community resilience by reducing future disaster-related damages and associated costs. MCS and its partners will offer their deep expertise in disaster preparedness and infrastructure resilience to Florida residents through the delivery of numerous services including boots-on-the-ground inspection crews and data-driven risk modeling. The MCS team includes Allen Engineering of Cocoa Beach, Noble Structural Group of Cocoa, KSM Engineering and Testing of Sebastian, and Crane and Associates of Tampa.
The Company launched its Government Services business line in 2024 which brought its extensive suite of exterior and interior maintenance services, as well as disaster preparedness and recovery capabilities, to Federal, State and local government agencies nationwide. MCS continues to work with and support municipalities throughout Florida and will also be exhibiting at the Florida Association of Code Enforcement (FACE) Educational Conference taking place June 10-13, 2025, in Daytona Beach.
Additionally, MCS continues to expand its property servicing and maintenance efforts in the state, having completed nearly 130,000 projects in Florida over the past year across its Mortgage, Residential and Commercial Services business lines. Work orders in multiple markets throughout Florida encompass several core MCS functions including property preservation services, occupancy inspections, commercial exterior services, and interior maintenance, as well as residential renovations, tenant turns and related projects. Additionally, MCS has had a corporate presence in the state since 1986 with offices in Tampa.
MCS also recently launched its latest home remodeling and repair services business line serving the greater Tampa-St. Pete market.
